Arara Suitcase

Screen-free by design. Everything in the Arara Suitcase works without a charger, a Wi-Fi connection, or a battery. Pencils, puzzles, stickers, hands-on from start to finish.

A curated selection, not a fixed box. We don't build the same kit twice. Based on your child's age, your destination, and what's in our selection at the time of packing, we put together the best possible combination. The exact contents may vary, but the quality, care, and intention behind every item stays the same.

• Soft toy (if selected): surface wash only, air dry flat, max height 25cm.

• Disposable camera (if selected): keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Hand-check at airport security, do not put through X-ray. Take the camera out of your bag before security. Hand it to the security officer and politely ask for a manual hand inspection instead of an X-ray scan.

All snacks are cabin-safe. Allergen information is included on the packing slip. Please check labels for specific requirements.

Assembled by hand in the UK. Box size approximately 30 × 25 × 10 cm. Kraft finish with Azuzi branded seal. All packaging is recyclable with no single-use plastic.

Because every Arara Suitcase is personalised to your child, your destination, and your travel dates, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind once we have begun preparing your order. This is in line with UK consumer law under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which allows an exception to the standard 14-day return right for goods made to a customer's specification or clearly personalised.

If your kit arrives damaged or an item inside is faulty, please contact us at adm.azuzi.travel@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it, with a photograph of the damage or fault. We will replace the affected item or, where the damage is significant, the full kit.

If a return is required, we will send you the returns address and full instructions by email. Return postage is your responsibility unless the fault is ours, in which case we will arrange collection. We recommend using a tracked service. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a replacement or refund within 10 working days.

Snacks and consumable items cannot be returned once delivered, unless they arrived damaged or past their use-by date.

All statutory rights under UK consumer law are preserved.

Azuzi Travel members (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Legacy)

Your kit is dispatched 5 to 7 days before your travel date, so it arrives at your door with time to spare before you fly. When you place your order, make sure to enter your travel date so we can time dispatch correctly. You will receive a confirmation email when your kit has been sent.

Non-members

Your kit is dispatched within 5 to 7 working days of your purchase being confirmed. UK delivery is via tracked courier and typically takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.

If your kit has not arrived and your travel date is within 2 days, contact us immediately at adm.azuzi.travel@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to help.

UK delivery only as standard. If you are an Azuzi Travel member travelling internationally and need your kit shipped abroad, contact us directly and we will do our best to arrange it.
