We book through a professional travel platform with preferred agreements at 180,000+ hotels. These rates and VIP benefits aren't available publicly, they're reserved for guests who book through accredited travel advisors like Azuzi.

Do I pay the hotel or Azuzi?

You pay the hotel directly at the preferred rate we secure. Your Azuzi membership fee is separate and covers our services and benefits. No hidden fees, no markup on the room rate.

Can I cancel or upgrade my membership?

Yes to both. You can upgrade anytime, we'll credit the remaining value of your current tier. Annual memberships can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase.

Do VIP benefits apply at every hotel?

VIP benefits apply where we have preferred partner agreements, over half the 180,000+ hotel collection. We always tell you upfront exactly which benefits apply to your specific booking.

What's the real difference between Tear 1 and Tear 2?

Tier 1 is for families who know where they want to go and just want better rates and VIP benefits. Tier 2 is for families who want us to plan everything, destinations, hotels, transfers, experiences, and deliver it as a full trip proposal.

When do the travel kits arrive?

We ship kits 5–7 days before departure.
